Nash W. Parham built his legal career on the other side of the courtroom. For five years, he worked at a defense firm in Upstate South Carolina, where he represented hospitals, doctors, and nurses against medical malpractice claims. His defense practice also included premises liability, Section 1983 civil rights actions, nursing home defense, and asbestos litigation. That experience gave him a detailed, firsthand understanding of how hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate defendants build their strategy, prepare their witnesses, and defend against claims of negligence and abuse.
Nash now uses that insight for his clients. His practice focuses on representing victims of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, trucking collisions, and sexual abuse. He also handles car accidents, premises liability claims, and dog bite cases. Because he spent years preparing these defenses himself, Nash knows where the weaknesses are, what the other side will argue, and how to build a case that holds up against it. That knowledge shapes every case he takes on, from the initial investigation through trial.
Nash practices throughout South Carolina, and the firm can bring a case in any of the state's 46 counties. Wherever a client is located, Nash and his team are prepared to handle the case from start to finish. Preparation remains the foundation of his practice. He and his team review every detail of a case, examine every record, and anticipate every argument the defense may raise, because in catastrophic injury and abuse litigation, the details determine the outcome. Nothing gets past him, and nothing gets left to chance.
